Pelagic trips off Port Stephens are organised on intermittent dates set by the organisers and the skipper. The trips depart from the Public Wharf at Nelson Bay at 0700 and return by about 1700.

The Swansea Pelagic takes place several times during the year. These trips are organised by Allan Benson  a member of the Central Coast Birding Group.
